The location is great, as it is quite close to the city center and the tram and railway station. It is conveniently situated near the SMN train station, making it easy to explore the city. the B&B is within walking distance to various attractions and public transportation.
One minor complaint would be that the toilet paper was 1-ply, but overall, it did not detract from the overall experience of the B&B.

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel in Florence! the location was fantastic. It was just a short walk from both the train station and the tram station, making it super convenient to explore the city. Secondly, the hotel itself was excellent. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The modern decor was a nice touch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Finally, I have to mention the breakfast. Although I didn't try it myself, it looked really attractive and appetizing. this hotel provided great value for money, and I couldn't find a single fault!
All was just perfect at this hotel!

I recently stayed at a budget-friendly B&B in Florence and had a great experience. The room was spacious and clean, with a modern bathroom and an perfect walk-in shower. The B&B offered parking in the interior yard, convenient. The breakfast was delicious, with great coffee to start the day. Despite not being in a tourist area, the B&B was conveniently located near the T2 tram line , just two stations away from the city center. The trams arrived promptly, and within 10 minutes, I was in the heart of Florence. Throughout my stay, Gaetano, the host, was calm and always helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The location is ideal, as it is relatively close to the city center and just next to the tram station. It is also close to the train station and very close to the SMN train station. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and spacious room, complete with a coffee machine and tea kettle. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. Firstly, the location was great - a quiet spot just a short walk away from the bustling city center. I loved that they had private parking available, as finding a spot in this busy city can be . The owners were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a coffee machine and tea provided. The attention to detail was excellent, and I appreciated the small touches that made the room feel extra cozy and comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of Italian coffee to start the day off right.
Everything was just fine, no complaints here.
